By using the Torongo website and client portal, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Services
The public site describes our capabilities and lets you submit inquiries or project requests. The client portal provides access to proposals, meetings, projects, and files related to engagements with us. Project scope, pricing, and deliverables are governed by the accepted proposal or a separate written agreement.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful content, attempts to disrupt service, unauthorized access to other clients’ data, or spam/abuse of public forms.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and our product materials belong to Torongo or its licensors. Client project IP is handled per the applicable proposal or contract.
